Add Etcd product data and partner listing entries - #592

- data/products/kubedb/databases/etcd.json: the product page data (features, description, example manifest), modeled on the current template (matches weaviate.json, the most recently added database) - 8 partner pages + managed-service-providers.json: added Etcd to the "Others" supported-database list - managed_databases.json: added Etcd to the FAQ's database list Companion to kubedb/website PR #414, which carries the same data plus the config.yaml nav entry and the Hugo content page that renders it.
