If you run into a problem, notice a rough edge, or want to suggest an improvement, please open an Issue in this repository. We use this space to collect feedback, clarify reports, track progress, and evaluate requests for future releases.
You are welcome to submit:
- Bug Report: crashes, freezes, broken behavior, display issues, or unexpected results.
- Feature Request: new capabilities, workflow improvements, or integration ideas.
- UX Feedback: issues with interface, interaction, copy, settings, or onboarding.
- Compatibility Issue: problems on specific operating systems, devices, model services, or project environments.
- Question: unclear behavior, configuration questions, or product limitations.
Before submitting, please do a quick check:
- Search existing Issues for similar reports.
- Make sure you are using a recent version of DimCode.
- Prepare reproduction steps, screenshots, recordings, or relevant error messages when possible.
- If the issue involves a third-party service, describe the service and general setup, but do not share secrets.

Please do not post sensitive information in public Issues, including but not limited to:
- API keys, tokens, passwords, or private keys
- Personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers
- Company source code, customer data, or private documents
- Full logs that may include local paths, environment variables, or request content
If logs are needed, please redact them manually and include only the relevant snippets.
After an Issue is submitted, we may:
- Confirm the issue type and impact.
- Ask follow-up questions when more information is needed.
- Prioritize the report for a fix, improvement, or product evaluation.
- Share status updates or explain why an Issue is closed.
We aim to keep communication clear, but not every request can be scheduled immediately.
DimCode is an AI coding tool for developers. It helps users work more naturally with local projects through conversation, context understanding, code task assistance, and workflow management.
This repository is only for public feedback and issue tracking. It does not contain the DimCode application source code.
