Adds a compact, text-labelled legend above the case picker for
dispatched(local fixture callback returned),blocked(no tool callback), andunknown(outcome uncertain). It uses the picker’s existing status colors and wraps on narrow layouts. The report, receipts, and adapter are unchanged.Focused builder tests and asset integrity check pass locally. These are project-authored local fixtures, not human approvals, provider calls, delivery evidence, or a production safety claim.
