Adds a project-authored rehearsal case for non-finite tool arguments. Canonical capture returns a blocked receipt with a null proposal digest before the host mapper runs, distinct from the mapper mutation exception, which has no plan or receipt. The builder explains an unavailable digest, labels its legend as outcomes, and the CLI/guide document both paths.
