Same restructure as redstamp#131 / truecopy#157 / strongroom#75: show-first hero (the naive-vs-governed verdict block), jump-nav, incidents table promoted, mermaid three-plane diagram replacing the ASCII art, roadmap reframed as a shipped-layers table. Corrections verified by running the suite: 151 tests (README said 142 in one place and 87 in another), and the HTTP section said 'six tools' where the server exposes nine. No claim-strength changes.

…d, corrected counts

- Hero with tagline + jump-nav; the naive-vs-governed demo verdict block is
  the first thing on screen.
- Incidents table promoted right after the why section - it is the
  strongest receipt in the repo.
- ASCII architecture diagram replaced with a GitHub-rendered mermaid of the
three planes; the detailed per-plane prose kept.
- Roadmap rewritten as "The layered product" table (all five stages
shipped - a roadmap of done items read as vaporware).
- Corrected two internally-inconsistent test counts (quickstart said 142,
layout said 87) to the verified suite: 151 tests, run before writing.
Also fixed "the same six tools" -> nine in the HTTP section.
- Honest-edges section kept verbatim in substance.

Deterministic approval — no LLM reviewed this diff.

Classified low-risk: docs-only (1 file(s)).

This repository requires an approving review before auto-merge can proceed, so this
approval exists to satisfy that gate without spending a full Code Reviewer execution
on a diff whose risk is provable from the file list alone. This approval satisfies ONLY
the review requirement — the merge still separately requires green CI, which this sweep
does not and cannot short-circuit.

Anything outside the docs allowlist, any major dependency bump, any non-Dependabot
dependency change, and any unknown diff keep the full reviewer path.
