Declare the standard go-cli profile for the arcade and SDK with pinned Go 1.27.1 and validation tools. CI and both manual release workflows share the canonical Make commands, preserving five-platform archives, formatting/vet, both-module race tests, and independent GOWORK=off consumer builds/vet. Existing version, release and attestation gates remain.
Validation: all five archive builds, lint/actionlint/shellcheck, every arcade/SDK race test and independent consumer build/vet passed locally. Temporary consumer fixtures use an isolated local TMPDIR because this workstation has an unrelated /tmp/.git. The actual release archive verifier also passed an explicitly stamped v0.0.0 test build; no release/tag was published. The two added go.work.sum entries are checksums for existing dependencies.
