feat(benchmark): add latest release performance dashboard

Summary

• add Benchmark → Performance as the default release dashboard
• show featured 2s existing-account ETH transfer TPS and gas/s
• add a version selector for published benchmark releases
• proxy public benchmark metadata and per-run artifacts through internal-only same-origin API routes
• add optional throughput/detailed-validator chart comparisons by cadence or payload
• remove the redundant workload table; comparison controls cover payload and cadence exploration
• make the benchmark background match the rest of the site

• npm test -- --run app/benchmark/performance/data.test.ts
• npm run typecheck
• npm run build:internal
