Summary

add npm override for postcss 8.5.23 to remediate the reviewed advisory
refresh package-lock.json so the override graph resolves cleanly

Verification

npm test: passed, 4 files / 12 tests
npm run typecheck: passed
npm run build: passed
npm audit --audit-level=moderate: passed, found 0 vulnerabilities

Follow-up from OPE-1813 / OPE-1810 daily SDK review.
