Clarify downloaded model removal

What changed

• rename the cleanup setting to Downloaded AI models
• explain in English, Korean, and Japanese that speech-recognition and speaker-separation models plus recovery audio are removed
• state clearly that user-created Markdown documents remain untouched
• update the uninstall and privacy documentation
• bump the desktop release to 0.5.5

Why

“Local transcription data” did not make the deletion scope clear to ordinary users. The new copy names both what is removed and what is preserved.
