Added the "guests" SSID for CiscoISE to support Roche WiFi.

Thanks for your interest in the project.
The SSID you added does not determine "support" for a portal, but is rather a comment which SSIDs we as developers used to test the liberator.
We are only adding SSIDs where we can personally travel to and use them to triage potential issues with the liberator.
By using the app and having the "send statistics" toggle enabled, your app will automatically notify our server that this SSID worked with this liberator and our server will distribute this SSID to other apps.
Adding the SSID to the code is not necessary for this to work.

Additionally, adding the SSID will only make the app suggest to the portal automatically.
The activation of the liberator is independent of that: it will determine that Roche Guest Wi-Fi is a CiscoISE from the portal's response, not from the SSID.
