Previously the sensor
statefield was ignored. Now, when a sensor reports anerror state, its entity is marked as unavailable; in the initialising state the
entity stays available but reports an unknown value.
For thermoBox/climate the thermo state "safety off" was also ignored. It now
marks the climate entity as unavailable, as the device cannot be controlled in
that state anyway.
