Summary

  • Establish testing guidelines and rules in .claude/rules/testing.md
  • Add reference test implementations for treasury service and controller
  • Migrate Jest config to CommonJS format
  • Refactor delegation-percentage tests

What's included

  • Testing rules: Guidelines covering test pyramid, test doubles strategy (prefer stubs/fakes over mocks), AAA pattern, deterministic tests, and useful tools (Hono testClient, Testcontainers, MSW)
  • Treasury tests: Unit tests for service layer and integration tests for controller endpoints
  • Provider cache tests: Unit tests for the caching layer
