Removed the unresolved TFITDescription_GEN_VARIABLE component. Removed the serialized reference to the retired FGClearanceComponent class. Recompiled and resaved the Blueprint so Unreal rebuilt its generated class and component hierarchy.

rebuilt the teleporterhub, the teleporter, item movement. overall repair to bring this mod fully back into compliance with this version of the game.
