A way to disable the fancy build animation?

hiya! is there a way to disable the fancy animation using braille characters when building and just show output?

it kinda breaks Forgejo's action runner logging / clogs it up with duplicate lines:

We make use of indicatif for progress bars. It's supposed to automatically disable the animation if it detects its not in an interactive terminal. It doesn't show up for me in github actions or gitlab ci. I'm unsure why Forgejo actions would be any different.

okay, had to dig a bit, it uses upstream rust's isTerminal (or the equivalent polyfill) to determine this based on file descriptors, in other words, it seems forgejo does actually have a "proper" terminal for stdout.

I'm not 100% sure if a flag could be added to always return false for isTerminal or whether you'd even want to do that, though. Or to otherwise disable the progress bar manually as a workaround. Regardless I'll make sure to file an issue with Forgejo about how stdout for actions runners shouldn't be Terminals/TTYs to avoid behavior like this.
