Canonical snapshots should preserve the AIC evidence that is difficult for consumers to reconstruct instead of duplicating general GitHub activity. Keep full activity aggregates while making every retained item-to-run association auditable from serialized comment or workflow-run evidence.

This addresses the review feedback on #98. Once merged, rerunning 2026-W37 will update that generated snapshot PR to schema v5.

Tested with:

  • node --check scripts/org-history.js
  • node --test tests/org-history.test.js
  • git diff --check
  • actionlint on the edited workflows with the existing scoped stale-metadata ignores
  • live 2026-W37 collection for bootc-dev/bcvk
