- Jev 인증정보를 저장소·전역 인증 파일로 분리하고 기존 환경 변수 대체 경로 유지
- 인증 파일 변경 감시와 안전한 초기 생성 및 기본 탐색 제외 적용
- 인증 우선순위·키 교체·비밀값 비노출·전송부 전달 회귀 검증 추가
- 한·영 설정 안내와 템플릿을 갱신하고 기존 검증의 설정 버전 기대값 수정
