<a2ui-surface>now renders the surface identity chrome fromcreateSurface.theme— a 16px round icon (iconUrl, referrerpolicy=no-referrer) and mutedagentDisplayNameheader above the surface. No header when both fields are absent (zero layout impact for themeless surfaces, asserted in tests);primaryColorbehavior unchanged. 5 new component tests; a2ui suite 203 tests green; chat lint/build green; docs notes updated.
