• adopt explicit startup lifecycle handling, callback-aware budgets, retryable startup failures, terminal destruction, selected reauthorization, and lifecycle-aware selection outcomes
• preserve structured unknown mutation outcomes and expose explicit durable-handle recovery without automatic replay or incorrect optimistic rollback
• gate all mutation-producing controls while recovery is pending or running, while retaining read/navigation and recovery actions
• reconcile authoritative collection state after every definitive recovery outcome before releasing the write gate; retain pending state for retryable recovery failures
