Align ClickToDial with Commonalities r4.4

What this PR does / why we need it:

Aligns the ClickToDial API definition and createCall tests with the Commonalities r4.4 / 0.9.0 baseline after the release-plan update in #119 and the automated common-file sync in #120.

The changes:

• replace the mandatory additional-error-responses block with the canonical r4.4 text
• add x-correlator to the callback request and successful callback response
• reuse the Commonalities HTTPS-only Sink schema and remove the duplicate local Sink definition
• replace deprecated local Generic error responses with the r4.4 reusable responses
• retain the ClickToDial-specific 422 response and add EVENT_NOTIFICATIONS_NOT_SUPPORTED for implicit notifications
• document that no call resource is created when notification delivery is requested but unsupported
• add rainy-day coverage for EVENT_NOTIFICATIONS_NOT_SUPPORTED
• update the invalid sink scenario to verify the HTTPS-only constraint
• update x-camara-commonalities from 0.8.0 to 0.9.0
