We are committed to a professional, respectful, and harassment-free project environment. Constructive disagreement about code, risk, product decisions, and evidence is welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, threats, deliberate disruption, publication of private information, and sexualized or otherwise inappropriate conduct are not acceptable.
Participants should:
- communicate with empathy and technical clarity;
- critique ideas and evidence rather than people;
- respect privacy, consent, licensing, and security boundaries;
- disclose conflicts of interest relevant to a decision;
- accept correction and take responsibility for harmful conduct.
This standard applies in project repositories, review and support channels, events, and public representation of the project. Report conduct concerns privately to an organization owner. Do not put sensitive personal details in a public issue.
Maintainers may edit or remove content, restrict participation, temporarily or permanently ban an account, and escalate credible threats or unlawful conduct. Reports will be handled as privately as practical, with attention to the safety of affected people. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is prohibited.
Responses are proportional to impact, context, repetition, and willingness to correct behavior: private correction for minor first incidents; formal warning or temporary restriction for sustained or serious conduct; and permanent removal for harassment, threats, deliberate security abuse, or repeated violations.
