semantic-release requires Node ^22.14 || >=24.10, but the Release job pinned Node 20, so `npx semantic-release` aborted at the engine check and no release was ever cut. Bump the release job to Node 22. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
