This is unfortunately pretty uninteresting because we can't drop Python 3.10 until Sphinx Stack 4.0 (#645).

I ran all the local commands associated with those extensions, and the results seem fine.

@jahn-junior The table is useful, although the descriptions are a bit sparse. Are you going to add it to the changelog in this PR, or in the release prep?

My release notes draft has a table listing only the changes (the no-ops are left out), mirroring what you did in the 1.5 release notes.
