This PR updates the default versions for
csi-addons-sidecar,csi-attacherandcsi-node-driver-registrar. #606 has already updated the other sidecarsSummary of version bumps:
v0.15.0->v0.15.1v2.17.0→v2.18.0v4.12.0→v4.13.0This updates:
internal/controller/defaults.gotest/scripts/install-csi-addons.shIs there anything that requires special attention
These are version bumps only and do not change the operator API or CRD schema.
