TrashPurgeScheduleAdmintype with Add, List, Remove and Status methods for managing Ceph rbd trash purge schedules. These functions mirror the existingMirrorSnashotScheduleAdminAPI but operate at pool/namespace level (image level is not supported by Ceph for trash purge schedules).fixes #517
