Adds a GitHub Actions workflow (.github/workflows/chart.yml) that validates, packages and publishes the chart.

  • Every pull request: helm lint --strict, helm template and kubeconform (strict, Kubernetes 1.34.0) on the rendered manifests, then helm package. The .tgz is kept as a run artifact for 14 days. The Argo Workflows CRDs are skipped by kubeconform because no schema is published for them.
  • Push to main: pushes eoepca-<version>.tgz to oci://ghcr.io/cgi-italy-insula-processing/charts. Published versions are never overwritten: if the Chart.yaml version is already in the registry, the push is skipped with a warning, and any registry error other than "not found" fails the job.

Helm is pinned to v3.22.0. kubeconform v0.8.0 is downloaded and checked against its SHA-256. All actions are pinned to full commit SHAs. packages: write is granted only to the publish job, which never runs on pull requests.

Also documents installing the chart from the registry in the README.

Test plan

  • actionlint passes
  • Lint, render, kubeconform and package steps run locally: 73 resources valid, 8 CRDs skipped; the package does not include .github or values-*
  • Workflow green on this pull request
  • After merge: helm show chart oci://ghcr.io/cgi-italy-insula-processing/charts/eoepca --version 1.0.35 succeeds

Run helm lint, helm template and kubeconform on every pull request. On main push the packaged chart to oci://ghcr.io/cgi-italy-insula-processing/charts unless that version is already published.
