Adds a GitHub Actions workflow (.github/workflows/build.yml) that builds, tests and publishes the OGC API Processes facade.

  • Every pull request: ./gradlew build on Temurin 17 (OpenAPI generation, compile, all tests, boot jar). The jar and test reports are kept as run artifacts for 14 days.
  • Push to main: also builds and pushes ghcr.io/cgi-italy-insula-processing/com.cgi.eoss.ogc/ogc-api-processes, tagged <version>-<sha8>, where <version> is the Gradle version without -SNAPSHOT.
  • Tag v<version>: also adds the <version> and latest tags. The job fails if the tag does not match the Gradle version.

The image uses the existing Dockerfile, with the base image taken from container.docker.baseImage in gradle.properties. The Gradle wrapper is validated before use. All actions are pinned to full commit SHAs. packages: write is granted only to the image job, which never runs on pull requests.

Also makes gradlew executable, so ./gradlew works on Linux runners.

Test plan

  • actionlint passes
  • ./gradlew build in a clean eclipse-temurin:17-jdk container: 279 tests, 0 failures
  • Image builds from the produced jar with the workflow build args
  • Workflow green on this pull request
  • After merge: image tagged 1.0.3-<sha8> appears on GHCR

Run the Gradle build and all tests on every pull request. On main and v* tags push ogc-api-processes to GHCR tagged <version>-<sha8> (plus <version> and latest on tags). Make gradlew executable.
