feat(web-remote): 浏览并预览当前终端目录文件 - #125

Add read-only browsing for the selected local pane's current directory, with UTF-8, image, and sandboxed HTML previews. Support touch pinch zoom for images and expose the browser from the terminal corner.

WebRemoteProtocolTests：44 个测试通过，0 失败；加入实际 SSH 前台进程检查，覆盖没有远程标题时拒绝文件访问及返回 shell 后恢复。node --check Glint/Resources/WebRemote/web-remote.js、HTML 解析和git diff --check通过。图片缩放已通过本地触摸事件模拟验证；尚未在真实触摸设备上验收。
