• typescript-eslint@8.70.1 umbrella changelog is version-alignment only. Plugin fixes target type-aware rules (no-unnecessary-*, await-thenable, no-misused-promises, …). This repo uses tseslint.configs.recommended (not type-checked / not strict), and no-explicit-any is already off.
