Removes adversarial-review.yml. Despite its name, it performed no adversarial review: it pinged @coderabbitai (an installed app that reviews on its own), pinged bots that never answered, made a reviewer request that never took effect, and reported green regardless — while posting a new trigger comment on every push, including every Dependabot PR.

The org policy requiring it and the baseline template the governance loop copied from were retired in chittyos/chittycommand#138, so remediation won't re-create it. No branch protection or ruleset in this fleet requires the orchestrate context.

CodeRabbit keeps reviewing as an installed app. Real separated review runs at the session layer.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Removed the automated adversarial review workflow.
    • Pull requests no longer automatically request configured reviewers or post the associated bot review prompt.

This workflow performed no adversarial review. It pinged @coderabbitai (an
installed app that reviews on its own), pinged bots that never answered, made
a reviewer request that never took effect, and reported green regardless.

The org policy that required it, and the baseline template the control loop
copied from, were retired in chittyos/chittycommand#138, so remediation will
not re-create it.

Review

Verified against the repo:

  • Diff is a pure deletion of .github/workflows/adversarial-review.yml (50 lines removed, 0 added) — no other files touched.
  • Pulled the workflow content from main to confirm the PR description's characterization: the orchestrate job only calls requestReviewers (wrapped in try/catch that swallows failures) and posts a @coderabbitai review comment via github-script. There's no gating step, no review-outcome check, and the job has no way to fail — matches the "reports green regardless" claim.
  • grep'd the tree for adversarial-review, Adversarial Review, and orchestrate — no other workflow, doc, or config references this file or its job name, so nothing else needs updating in this PR.
  • Trigger was pull_request_target, which does carry elevated permissions/secrets exposure when combined with checking out PR head content — but this workflow never checks out PR code, so removing it doesn't introduce or leave behind a security gap; if anything it shrinks the pull_request_target attack surface by one workflow.

No code, tests, or runtime paths are affected — this is CI-config-only. I didn't confirm branch protection/rulesets directly (no permission to query that API from here), but the PR description states none require the orchestrate context and I found no in-repo evidence contradicting that.

Assessment: safe to merge. No bugs, security, performance, or test-coverage concerns — a workflow-only deletion with no residual references.
