a60d0e1 — "chore(devops): align compatibility date and upgrade agents SDK to 0.19.0" — is a three-line commit that bumped compatibility_date in wrangler.jsonc and ui/wrangler.toml, and changed:

-    "hono-agents": "^3.0.7",
+    "hono-agents": "^0.19.0",

The version number belongs to a different package. Cloudflare's agents does publish 0.19.0; hono-agents has never published a 0.19.x — it ships on a 3.x line (currently 3.0.12). package-lock.json was never regenerated and still resolves 3.0.7, so manifest and lockfile have disagreed for six weeks. Had an install been run at the time, it would have failed immediately.

The fix

Restore the declaration the lockfile already names. Deliberately not jumping to 3.0.12 — this keeps the change to one variable and returns the repo to its last known-good state. Moving to 3.0.12 is a separate, reviewable decision.
