Summary

Adds Browser Run documentation for browser binding session management, DevTools methods, and outbound Worker routing.

The new reference covers acquire(), launch(), connectSession(), session lifecycle methods, and the nested devtools API. It also adds a dedicated Outbound Workers feature guide with raw CDP examples and hostname-routing constraints.
