What is this note about?
A research note on HumanLayer as a multiplayer agent workspace and control plane. It examines externalized tasks, sessions, artifacts, plans, diffs, worktrees, and streamed events as evidence for stateless-at-the-process-layer agents, while distinguishing this from live process migration between containers.
