[guide] Docs still reference castrojo/endusers after transfer to cncf org — README, editUrl, package.json, ADRs

Documentation Gap

The repository has transferred to the cncf org, but multiple contributor-facing references still point at the old personal account (verified at main@b0c978a):

• README.md:53 — "The source repository is castrojo/endusers"
• docusaurus.config.js:100,108 — editUrl: 'https://github.com/castrojo/endusers/tree/main' (every "Edit this page" link on the published site routes through the redirect)
• docusaurus.config.js:27 — comment example uses SITE_URL=https://castrojo.github.io
• package.json:59 — repository.url: git+https://github.com/castrojo/endusers.git
• adr/0001-site-ownership-and-cutover-path.md:6,13,15 — issue links and prose reference castrojo/endusers (the ADR's status/context should also note the transfer happened)
• adr/0001-stakeholder-outreach-draft.md:31,37 and adr/0002-peoplehub-fleet-status.md:5,9 — same stale org in links/prose

Impact

New contributors clone or edit via stale URLs; the README's statement of where the source lives is factually wrong; ADR 0001 reads as if the transfer is still pending when the repo now lives at cncf/endusers (see also issue #46 and PR #167).

Recommendation

Update all castrojo/endusers → cncf/endusers and castrojo.github.io/endusers → cncf.github.io/endusers references in the files above, and add a status note to ADR 0001 recording that the org transfer completed. A single PR can cover this together with the README Deployment fix (separate issue).
