Finding

Three open PRs rewrite the same content:

#201 and #203 are both currently MERGEABLE and edit overlapping hunks of README.md; whichever merges first will put the other (and the already-CONFLICTING #167) into conflict. #167 and #201 also record the ADR 0001 outcome with different status wording (Accepted vs Superseded by transfer) — merging both would leave the ADR self-contradictory.

Recommendation

Pick a single source of truth for the post-transfer docs:

1. Merge the docs half of one PR (suggest docs: update castrojo/endusers references to cncf/endusers #201 for ADR/README wording, or rebase docs: record CNCF org transfer decision in ADR 0001 and project plans (issue #46) #167 which also carries the SITE_URL workflow fix — the live 404-canonical bug tracked separately).
2. Close or rebase the other two so only one touches adr/0001-site-ownership-and-cutover-path.md and the README Deployment section.
3. Whichever lands, make sure the SITE_URL fix itself is not lost — it is the only user-visible breakage in the set.

With two of the three overlapping PRs closed, the three-way overlap on the README Deployment section / ADR 0001 wording no longer exists. Only #167 remains, and its conflict is tracked separately in the PR-rebase finding. Closing as moot — if #167 is revived, the ADR 0001 status wording (Accepted vs Superseded) should be reconciled with the README at that time.
