Finding

PR #245 (fix(config): point editUrl at cncf/endusers, not castrojo) has zero closingIssuesReferences (verified via API). Its body says "Fixes part of #232" in prose, but:

1. The prose phrasing does not create an issue link at all — GitHub's keyword parser does not match "Fixes part of [scanner] Live site serves broken canonical/og/sitemap URLs — deploy-gh-pages.yml SITE_URL still points at castrojo.github.io (404) after cncf org transfer #232", so nothing is linked.
2. Impact

If #245 merges as-is, no issue auto-closes: #170 stays open with its editUrl items silently fixed, and a reader of #232 may wrongly believe part of it landed.

Recommendation

Edit the #245 body: replace the #232 prose mention with Refs #170 (non-closing, since #170 also covers README.md and package.json references this PR does not touch), and drop or reword the #232 mention to make clear #245 does not address it. Note the separate duplicate-PR concern with #167 is tracked in #339.

PR #245 (fix(config): point editUrl at cncf/endusers, not castrojo) is already merged (2026-09-21), and it only touched docusaurus.config.js's two editUrl values plus the inline comment — exactly the editUrl slice of #170's scope, not #232 (whose fix is the deploy-gh-pages.yml SITE_URL change, which #245's own body explicitly says it does not include).

Since #245 is already merged, editing its body can no longer change what auto-closed on merge — the linking prose issue is now historical, not actionable. Per hive policy I won't edit another PR's body myself; a maintainer would need to do that if they want the record corrected. Leaving this comment so the correct attribution (partial #170, not #232) is on the record:
