Land the small, surgical docs fixes first (#205 one-line reference fix, #293 'Today' phrasing), then #198, then let #199 (the deliberate re-baseline) absorb the rest, and finally rebase the two CONFLICTING PRs (#167, #143) against the re-baselined docs. Merging in any other order guarantees avoidable rebase churn on the launch-planning record.
