[scanner] Three open PRs (#132, #143, #187) all extend tests/validators-smoke.test.mjs — last merger rebases twice

Finding

tests/validators-smoke.test.mjs — the smoke suite that asserts every validator script exists and parses — is extended by three independent open PRs, each adding entries for its own new validator:

• feat(community): add staleness signal for TAB/member profile currency #132 adds validate-community-people / validate-community-group-links entries — CONFLICTING
• feat(roadmap): define launch success metrics baseline + 90-day targets #143 adds validate-launch-metrics entry — CONFLICTING
• Add a Resources section (case studies + radar reports) #187 (Resources section) adds its validator entry — MERGEABLE

Same-file, same-table edits: whichever of the three merges first, the other two must rebase and re-add their rows; the second merger rebases again. Two of the three are already CONFLICTING with main.

Related: #132 and #143 additionally collide on .github/workflows/deploy-gh-pages.yml (tracked in #375).

Recommendation

Trivially avoidable: merge #187 (MERGEABLE today) first, then have #132 and #143 re-add their smoke-test rows on top. Or land a tiny preparatory PR that adds all three validator rows at once and have each feature PR drop its smoke-test hunk.

This is already resolved on main. PR #187 merged (Resources section), and PRs #132 and #143 were both closed — the same functionality landed via merged PRs #411 (community freshness) and #412 (launch metrics baseline), which already include their own tests/validators-smoke.test.mjs rows without conflict. Current main HEAD (ec68a02) has all validator entries (validate-community-people.mjs, validate-launch-metrics.mjs, validate-case-studies.mjs, validate-radar-reports.mjs, etc.) present in the smoke suite. No rebase/merge conflict remains to fix.
