PR #181 (docs: restructure Community section to match contribute.cncf.io) is already tracked as part of the six-way CONTRIBUTING.md collision (#373), but its diff touches five more files that other open PRs also edit:
#181 is MERGEABLE today, but three of its collision partners are CONFLICTING, meaning the conflict graph around it gets worse each time any of them is rebased and force-pushed.
Recommendation
Given #181 is MERGEABLE and is a pure-docs restructure, land it early — before #167/#132 are rebased — so the community-section layout is settled and the CONFLICTING PRs rebase onto the final structure rather than an intermediate one. At minimum, sequence #181 before #132 since both rewrite end-user-community.md's people rendering.
