[scanner] PR #242 is redundant: duplicate of already-merged #336 — same SVG→PNG asset-sync fix in import-architectures.mjs #391

Finding

PR #242 (fix: rewrite SVG asset references to PNG after raster-embedded conversion) fixes the exact defect that #336 fixed and merged today (d5cc6f2, fix: sync architecture assets with disk after raster-SVG to PNG conversion, Closes #331).

Side-by-side (from the two PR bodies):

• fix: rewrite SVG asset references to PNG after raster-embedded conversion #242: "converts raster-embedded SVGs to PNG via rsvg-convert, but left the architecture record's assets list (and any inline markdown image references) pointing at the original .svg path, which no longer exists"
• fix: sync architecture record assets after raster-SVG to PNG conversion (scripts/import-architectures.mjs) #336 (merged): "built record.assets from the copy-time file list and never revisited it after sanitizeArchitectureAssets() converted raster-embedded SVGs to PNG... Rebuild record.assets from the on-disk directory after sanitization and rewrite .svg image references in the imported markdown to the converted .png path"

Same root cause, same fix, same file (scripts/import-architectures.mjs). #242 is now CONFLICTING against main because #336's version of that hunk is already merged. This is also why today's 02:40Z import-architectures run (35554946008) failed on the stale-.svg-asset error — the fix only landed at 14:07Z.

Recommendation

Close #242 as superseded by merged #336. Tomorrow's scheduled import-architectures run (~2026-09-22T02:35Z) is the verification gate: it should now pass validate:architecture-assets and — per #388 — will then hit the create-pull-request permission wall tracked in #122 until the repo setting is enabled.
