[quality] trigger.ts:293 (react() early return when the comment payload has no id) has unit coverage but 0 end-to-end hits through dist/index.js #412

Finding

react() in src/issueComment/trigger.ts:290-300 posts the rocket reaction after a successful /retest, /test or /ok-to-test. Its first arm returns early when the issue_comment payload carries no comment.id:

That line (trigger.ts:293) is the only arm of trigger.ts the bundle suite does not drive.

Evidence (main @ 20d49e7, Node v26.10.0, vitest 5.0.3):

• Unit: npx vitest run --coverage → 100 % lines; the guard is reached through the unit suite's mocked contexts.
• End-to-end: npm run test:coverage:e2e on a scratch branch = origin/main + the heads of all 16 open hold-gated bundle PRs (test(bundle): drive owners-label's early-return and failure arms through dist/index.js #298 … test(bundle): drive the lgtm removal no-op arms (onPrLgtm.ts:33, labels/lgtm.ts:106) through dist/index.js #410; 60 files / 428 tests pass) → 98.09 % lines of src/; trigger.ts:293 has 0 hits. __tests__/bundle/triggerArms.test.ts drives the reaction failure (could not react to the comment) but every one of its payloads comes from prCommentEvent, whose comment keeps the fixture's id 492700400.
• The command itself needs only comment.body and comment.user.login (prepare, trigger.ts:201-228), so a payload without comment.id runs the re-run to completion and then skips the reaction silently.

Unit-covered but not end-to-end covered → medium.

Recommendation

• add __tests__/bundle/triggerReactionGuard.test.ts: drive /retest through dist/index.js with a failed run that re-runs successfully and a payload whose comment has no id; assert exit 0, no ::error::, no could not react warning, and no POST …/reactions request
