Privacy Track page: Season One schedule, review-first messaging

Updates /privacy-track to match the revamped curriculum (code-orange-dev/curriculum#2).

• Month-by-month schedule and module cards now open with the 3-session Silent Payments arc and add network privacy (Core 31) and ecash
• "5–8 PRs per graduate" stat → "28 BIP352 test vectors you'll pass" (the PR-quota framing contradicts the review-first contributor program)
• "Every session ends with a contribution. No exceptions / merged or it didn't happen" → "proof of work. Useful, not noisy"
• Meta/JSON-LD descriptions updated
• tools/generate-pages.mjs: program card said 12 months (the page says 6), and blurb/lessons now match

Before deploying:

• I haven't checked this visually. The edits are text-only, inside existing elements, but the longer stat label ("BIP352 test vectors you'll pass") may wrap
• The generator card change only shows on /programs after a full regeneration. Heads-up: running node tools/generate-pages.mjs currently rewrites ~30 committed pages, so the committed HTML has drifted from the generator. I didn't include that drift here
• Deploy is manual (per SOURCE_OF_TRUTH.md); nothing here deploys automatically
