  • Accuracy cleanup: remove person claims, Shroud and unverifiable numbers

Part of an org-wide accuracy cleanup (29 Sep 2026), after feedback that parts of these repos overstated facts.

Standard applied everywhere: a number or claim stays only if it links to public evidence (a PR, the PR dashboard, a public page). No "+" estimates, no superlatives, no predictions presented as results, and no claiming people's work as a program outcome. PR totals now live in one place, the PR dashboard, and other docs link to it instead of copying numbers. One contributor's name and their project have been removed from all Code Orange repos.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- Issue pool replaced with live good-first-issue searches plus a
day-of checklist; no hand-picked 'LIVE' list that goes stale
- Session plans: no contributor name-drops (one said '4 contributors'
and named three); dated PR references marked 'as of September 2026'
- Cohort READMEs: drop registrant/graduate/completion numbers,
'flagship', and partnership claims that aren't publicly verifiable
- Lab text: vectors claim limited to what's verifiable
