Remove the unused streamToBuffer utility helper from src/utils and its barrel re-export. The function had zero production consumers anywhere in the repo (no barrel or direct imports in src/, scripts/, tests/, or prisma/). It was added in the same commit that introduced uploadResume/uploadToBuffer but was never wired to a caller.
