Removed the module-private generateFileForProjects function from
src/automation/tasks/fileGenerate.ts (39 lines).

This function had no call sites anywhere in the codebase. The default
export's switch on fileType.generationTarget only handles STUDENT
and MENTOR cases — there was no case FileTypeGenerationTarget.PROJECT:
branch that would have invoked it. The PROJECT enum value exists in the
Prisma schema but is referenced nowhere in the codebase. The function was
never wired up since it was first introduced.

🤖 Augment PR Summary

Summary: This PR removes an unused project-scoped file-generation helper.

Changes:

  • Deletes generateFileForProjects from the scheduled file-generation task.
  • Removes its project completion-date checks and duplicate-file guard.
  • Removes the unused Placid generation and database-create path for project files.
Technical Notes: The scheduler dispatches only STUDENT and MENTOR targets, so the deleted private helper had no call site.
