• publish the Claude qualification timing hardening from Campaign adapter: make Claude timing totals deterministic #854 / Make Claude campaign timing deterministic #855 as Code Mower v1.2.1
• align current install, upgrade, rehearsal, generated-workflow, and release-readiness references
• add v1.2.1 release notes while preserving the historical v1.2.0 records
