feat: benchmarks

now that we have some benchmarks, would it make sense to complete them and show them in the docs maybe?

it's based on the framework color, e.g. remark is red, comark is yellow and markdown-exit is green. also it's bit tricky to show the fastest (I've added a note at the top, as comark has AST transformation and all it takes longer than others but the plugin algorithm of itself is faster than others for sure)

I don’t think benchmarking frameworks really makes sense here. comark converts to AST while the others mostly tokenize, so it’s expected that comark would be slower right? here are the result of the 2 benchmarks (render and parse) that Ahad wrote:

I agree with @atinux. At first glance I didn't understood which one is better and which is worst. Also I would expect the fastest one to have smaller bar width.

I agree on this, those benchmark are not actually for comparing performance. Comark by default uses markdown-exit, so we can't beat it in the performance race.
But the benchmark gives us good insight how much it cost to have all the features that Comark promise. Also as for streaming we can see that Comark do better because of optimizations.
