menu::card takes &mut Window; every menu panel is capped at the window height and scrolls, keeping the keyboard's row in view
copy and cut inside a fence (all of source mode) put the text itself on the clipboard
one 4px scrollbar thumb for every bar
transient scrollbars fade after the pointer leaves the window across their track (gpui side tracked separately)
markdown::highlight_solid, and highlight washes in Apple's system colours
