Improve Attribution Details fields UX

Description

Note: Making this a bit of a WIP, and will be moving to status: blocked since there are details that need sorting further. Might make sense to split the Issue out into sub-issues as well.

There are some adjustments to how the fields are both displayed, and how they populate the various Marks.

• Consider changing the order fields appear in, so that order in form roughly matches order in the Mark statement
• Pair the URLs with the text, (title of work, link to work, creator of work, link to creator profile)
• Year of creation is not used in CC Zero, but you can still set it (some kind of info or affordance for this?)
