Release 0.2.0.

The changelog's Unreleased section becomes 0.2.0 dated 2026-10-21, with a new empty Unreleased heading above it and the compare links updated; README, docs/integration.md and docs/testing.md name v0.2.0 and ^0.2 where they named the first release. No code changes.

What 0.2.0 holds, all merged since 0.1.0 through their own reviewed pull requests: the Transport seam with CurlTransport as the default and Psr18Transport for PSR-18 clients; Retry-After on 429, exposed as BridgeException::$retryAfterSeconds and honoured by the MCP server; BRIDGE_STATE_DIR with a SQLite job table that survives a restart and reports unfinished jobs as service_restarted; the idempotency_key on POST /v1/jobs and the PHP client's submit methods; a dist archive that ships only the library; and, outside the changelog since they change no contract, PHPStan at level max in CI, Dependabot for the action pins, children started outside the store lock, thread-pool pins for the model children, the measured memory peak, the faster push-guard hook and the tighter workflow tests.

Files: CHANGELOG.md, README.md, docs/integration.md, docs/testing.md.

Checks on this head in a full clone: python-tests 189 OK, php-tests 147, php -l, php-integration 184, FrankenPHP integration, mcp-tests 125 OK, composer-install through the git archive, php-fetcher, php-analysis [OK] No errors; php-psr18-tests left to CI. After the merge: tag v0.2.0 on the merge commit and the GitHub release from the 0.2.0 section.
