Remove pytest-pylint from the development requirements - #96

pytest-pylint 0.21.0, the latest release, fails with --pylint under pytest 9 because its pytest_collect_file hook still takes the removed path argument. Pylint runs directly in CI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
